Services Provided
We offer home management services including cleaning, organization, move prep, project support, and related assistance. All services are subject to availability and will be discussed and confirmed prior to scheduling.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

Ensure safe and respectful working conditions

Communicate scheduling changes at least 24 hours in advance
Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Payments
Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or at time of service. We accept Venmo, CashApp, cash, check. Late payments may result in additional fees or future service restrictions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Privacy
We value your privacy. All personal and home information shared with us will be kept confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion if conditions are unsafe or unreasonable.
